thankful thursday
today, i am thankful:
for a husband that encourages me and my crazy ideas,
that the weather in houston is finally cooling off,
for james bond movies and giant boxes of junior mints,
for sweaters that keep me warm when it's 74degrees outside,
that next week, we will be at home in dallas spending time with our families,
thanksgiving pot luck extravaganzas at work.
what are you thankful for?
i love it, sweaters in 74 degrees! :)
ReplyDeleteWhen you're used to the blazing sun, that is definitely chilly right?!
:)
Yay for almost family time, i'm super excited myself.
hahaha... sweaters in 74 degrees. Don't you know that's shorts weather!? :) It's always funny to me how PA and seems so backwards to TX and FL when it comes to weather. I have family in both those states (actually trying to plan a trip to Houston this winter!) and they turn on the heat when I'm ready to put on the shorts when I'm visiting.

Haha, I definitely wear sweaters in warm weather if it's "supposed" to be cold outside too. It just seems wrong to not do that! Loving this link up, what a great way to think positively and reflect :)
ReplyDeleteYayyy for sweater/boot weather in Houston! Finally!!
ReplyDelete"for sweaters that keep me warm when it's 74degrees outside," girl this cracks me up haha ... mainly because it was 34degrees out when I went to work this morning!!
ReplyDeleteHahaha I was thinking the same thing as Julia Rose about the sweaters!
ReplyDeleteLove sweater weather here in Texas. I think I am going to have to order that burlap print :-).
ReplyDeleteDefinitely wearing a sweater today! And I really hope we have a Thanksgiving potluck at work, those are the best!
ReplyDeleteSweaters and chocolate mints and thanksgiving and movies and great guys....So much to make us happy!
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for most of your list, too! Especially the cooling off in Houston part. It's been perfect all week, huh?! And Junior Mints are my faaaaaaave. Yum!
